Level up with Loch Associates Group is a new series of four free, online webinars, running throughout 2024, aimed at helping businesses move through the building blocks to create a great business.

Each session will begin with a 15 minute run-down of recent legal developments, from legislative changes to new case law,  together with an update on changes to and advances in HR best practice. We’ll then turn our attention to the essential steps necessary to build a successful business – from the initial challenges of recruitment and onboarding, to the importance of getting your policies, procedures and people management strategy right, all the way through to handling disputes and exits. And all of this provided for free.
