Level up with Loch Associates Group is a new series of four free, online webinars, running throughout 2024, aimed at helping businesses move through the building blocks to create a great business.

  • What if it doesn’t work out (Termination during Probation & Risk Management)?

Session 3: Deeper Development

  • How can we get the best from our teams (Staff Surveys, Staff Training & Staff Handbooks)?
  • How can we resolve complaints & conflicts (Grievances, Staff Conflicts & Mediation)?

Session 4: From Good to Great

Being a great business doesn’t mean issues and challenges don’t arise – what matters is how you respond. During this session, we’ll consider:

 

  • How do we handle staff exits (Resignations, Dismissals, Risks, Claims & Settlements)?
  • What can we do to retain our top talent (People Development, Incentivising Staff & Share Schemes)?
  • Should we start thinking about the future (Identifying Future Leaders, Succession Planning & Planning your Exit)?
