Meet Loch Law’s Partners

22 February 2024

At Loch Law, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with the best solutions. We’re delighted to introduce you to our new Partner Vicky Regan and the other Partners who lead our team of expert solicitors.

Pam Loch

Solicitor and Managing Director of Loch Associates Group

Pam set up Loch Associates Group from her bedroom in her flat in London in 2007 in response to what she saw as the need for commercial and bespoke legal and people solutions for clients. She has continued to evolve the business and now leads a team of professionals, offering a range of services from employment and business law to HR support, training and wellbeing and mediation. Unusually, Pam is a dual qualified solicitor, having qualified as a solicitor in 2000 in Scotland and then in England & Wales. Pam has many long standing clients who like her strategic, commercially focussed approach to finding solutions for their employment and business issues.

Joe Milner

Partner and Solicitor Advocate

Joe joined Loch Law in 2013 as an Administration Apprentice, then trained to become a Barrister, before qualifying as a Solicitor Advocate. Since becoming a Partner, Joe has helped the business grow its corporate and commercial law team. Joe also uses his litigation experience to help our clients with their disputes and represents clients in Tribunal and court proceedings. Joe has helped extend our services and we now provide immigration support too.

Ashley Scriven

Partner and Solicitor Advocate
Ashley became a Partner in 2023 and is also a Solicitor Advocate. Ashley qualified in 2008 as a Civil Litigator but she has extensive experience in employment law too. She works with our clients and HR Consultants to help them resolve disputes. Most notably, this year Ashley was involved in Loch Law successfully defending our client at Tribunal, and then succeeding in obtaining a rare costs award of over £55,000. This is one of a number of costs awards Loch Law have won for our clients recently.

Vicky Regan

Partner

Vicky has joined us recently to focus on expanding our services in the Sussex area. Vicky has over 20 years of specialist employment law experience. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience in employment law and HR to advise clients on not only what they need to do to comply with the law, but she also aims to find solutions for our clients’ people issues. She also represents clients in Employment Tribunals, Employment Appeal Tribunals and the Supreme Court. We are delighted to welcome Vicky to our team!

Together with our other Partners, we aim to help our clients benefit from our huge wealth of knowledge and understanding of employment and business law,  to provide the best solutions and strive to exceed expectations.
