Occupational Health Services
Loch Associates Group can help you to focus on improving productivity in the workplace through our team of Occupational Health advisors. Our team of qualified HR Medical Specialists support clients in reducing sickness absences and improving the health of their teams and work with Occupational Health advisors to provide a fully rounded service. We offer this service either on an ad-hoc basis or as part of your Flexi-Retainer with us. This is all part of PAM™ – our Proactive Absence Management service.
Sickness absence – no matter how long or how frequent – can have a disruptive impact on your business operations and on your teams. We can supplement our Proactive Absence Management (PAM™) service with Occupational Health support where needed. This allows employees to comply with their policies where they have an obligation to gather independent medical advice on certain health conditions. Our HR Medical Specialists will guide you through any Occupational Health requirements that you may need.

WHAT ARE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES?
We have different approaches to Occupational Health assessments that can be flexible to suit your business or the circumstances of your employees. This could mean making assessments remotely or visiting your business or home settings.
Our Occupational Health service includes:
- A clinical assessment with employees via one of the following methods: telephone and video consultations; face to face consultations in the workplace; or face to face consultations in the employee’s home
- A follow up discussion with our HR Medical Specialists around any specific concerns or redeployment options
- A medical evidence-based management report giving a summary of the employee situation and any employee or management recommendations including: a medical assessment and opinion on the employee’s capability to fulfil their job role; a return to work recommendation including any recommended medical adjustments or rehabilitation suggestions
- A discussion with our HR Medical Specialist and legal team to determine where deemed appropriate, legal advice and guidance on the Equality Act 2010
