Founded in 2007 by award-winning solicitor and business woman, Pam Loch, Loch Associates Group has grown into a unique organisation offering business and employment law, HR, mediation and Training and Wellbeing for businesses of all sizes.

Pam Loch
Solicitor and Managing Director
Pam set up Loch Associates Group in 2007 to respond to the need for commercial and bespoke legal and people solutions for clients. She has continued to evolve the business to respond to client needs and is now proud to have services offering solutions in all elements of HR, employment and business law.
As well as being the Managing Director of Loch Associates Group, Pam has also been a specialist, award-winning employment law solicitor for over 20 years. Her passion for finding solutions to help businesses manage and look after their people is reflected in the development and success of the businesses across the group.
Unusually, Pam is a dual qualified solicitor, having qualified as a solicitor in 2000 in Scotland and England & Wales. Clients like her pragmatic, commercially focussed approach and solutions. Pam is a seasoned commentator on the TV and radio on employment law and HR issues and is often involved in providing training
Pam is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has the following qualifications: ACII, DIP in Legal Practice, LLB (Distinction) and BAdmin (Hons).
Whilst proud of her Scottish heritage, Pam has lived in London and the South East for many years. She enjoys walking Ellie our office dog, keeping fit, spending time with her family, as well as a nice glass of wine.

Alison Lee
Senior Marketing Executive
Alison Lee oversees the Marketing for Loch Associates Group. She joins with over 15 years of brand and marketing experience, previously working within the property and professional services sector.
Her role sits alongside James Bradshaw, Director of Strategy and Delivery, as well as Marketing Assistant Lucy Brittin to support the business through all of its marketing and brand requirements.
Her other passions include being a mum to her two young daughters, painting in her spare time and getting out into nature.

Ben Holt
Managing Director of Loch HR and Loch Training and Wellbeing
Ben is the Managing Director of Loch HR and Loch Training and Wellbeing. He is a senior HR professional with over 20 years experience in leading HR teams across private, not for profit and public sectors. He brings a wealth of experience across the HR spectrum from management development and coaching, to employee relations; helping organisations to create healthy and high performing workplaces.
As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Ben places a strong emphasis on continuous personal and professional growth, integral to his work. Beyond work, he actively engages in sports, contributing both as a player and a committee member at Southborough Cricket Club in Tunbridge Wells.

Craig Forster
Performance and Success Coach
Craig combines his skills as a Professional Coach with his extensive experience in corporate business, sales, business development, consultancy and management to help clients achieve their performance and success goals with less stress and more satisfaction and enjoyment. He is a Certified Life Coach, CLARITY Coach, Insight Coach, Mind Calm Coach and Advanced Master NLP Practitioner. He helps business leaders, future leaders and professionals access powerful insights that enable transformational changes so they can realise their full potential in business and life while enjoying it too.

James Bradshaw
Director of Strategy and Delivery
James Bradshaw is our Director of Strategy and Delivery. He works closely with our Managing Director and the team on our strategy and developing our systems and processes to ensure that the organisation runs as efficiently as possible. Â
James is a multi-disciplined business growth expert, project manager and serial entrepreneur with a great track record in building businesses. He has a wealth of experience in Marketing and Business Development and has worked for many different law firms during the course of his career.
In his free time, James manages a small farm in Kent where he has several goats and chickens. He is also a qualified Forest School leader offering practical education opportunities to children, charities, and school groups.Â

Bruce Jenner
Trainer
Bruce has over 30 years’ experience as a nurse managing NHS A&E departments. He was also a member of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces as a Commissioned Officer and has been deployed operationally to Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Bruce has turned his expertise to training, health, and wellbeing with his experiences in the military having highlighted how important prevention is to enable a long and healthy life. From a career in dealing with patients in hospitals and soldiers on the ground, Bruce has devised Loch Training & Wellbeing’s Wellness Checks and Proactive Absence Management solution for employers to reduce absenteeism and improve staff engagement.

Caroline Denbow
Senior Associate Solicitor and Compliance Manager
Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1994, specialising in pensions and employment law for a large City law firm until 1997, and then moving to work as an in-house Employment Lawyer for a large London department store and supporting associated interests in private aviation and residences and football.
Caroline advises clients across a wide range of employment issues including: change management; restructuring and redundancies, developing employment contracts and handbooks to protect businesses, sickness absence, flexible working and maternity and parental leave, holiday pay, equal pay, working time, managing employee performance and exits, unfair dismissals and disputes between Directors, Shareholders and Partners. Caroline also heads up our internal Compliance team, leading our Data Protection Services as well as providing audits and HR compliance services to clients.
Caroline has a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Biology from the University of Exeter and gained her legal qualifications, CPE and Solicitor’s Final Examination, at the College of Law in London.

Olivia Bobbett
SolicitorÂ
Olivia joined Loch Law in 2021 as a Legal Secretary while she completed her LPC and Masters in Law with Distinction at the University of Law (Bloomsbury). Having qualified in July 2023, Olivia is now part of our team of Solicitors advising and supporting clients on a wide range of employment and litigation issues whilst also supporting our internal Compliance team.
Olivia has also worked as a Litigation Paralegal and has the following qualifications: LPC Distinction, LLM Distinction, GDL and BA(Hons) Food and Professional Cookery, First Class.

Alice Aldridge
Senior Associate Solicitor
Alice is an experienced Employment Solicitor advising employers and employees across a wide range of sectors. With a particular expertise in advising clients in the regulated services sectors, she regularly provides pragmatic commercial advice on employment terminations and associated claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breaches of contract and bonus claims.
Alongside this she advises clients on redundancies, restrictive covenants, employment contracts, shareholder agreements, long term incentive plans, LLP agreements, and settlement agreements including at the most senior levels. She is often representing clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court claims too.
Alice was admitted as a solicitor in 2008, specialising in employment law since she qualified, and she has the following qualifications: LPC, GDL and BA (Hons).

Leonora Hewett
Admin Assistant
Leonora is part of our Support team aiming to deliver exceptional service to our clients and the rest of the team.
Leonora has a First-Class degree in filmmaking and enjoys reading, painting and crochet.

Joe Milner
Partner and Solicitor Advocate
Joe joined Loch Law in 2013 as an Administration Apprentice before obtaining a First Class law degree from Canterbury Christ Church University and then training to become a Barrister.
Joe is now a Solicitor Advocate and is part of the team working in all areas of employment and commercial law with particular experience representing clients with disputes in Employment Tribunals and Civil Court claims, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, unlawful deduction of wages, whistleblowing, contracts and handbooks.
Joe was admitted as a solicitor in 2021, and he has the following qualifications: LPC Distinction; LLM BPTC (called to Bar in November 2018); and LLB (Hons), First Class.

Suzanne Pullen
Senior Accounts Assistant
With over 15 years’ experience in the banking and legal sector, Suzanne works with our accounts team ensuring the smooth running of the business. Outside of work she enjoys spectating at off-road motorcycle events and following Formula 1.

Ellie Searle
Senior Paralegal
Ellie originally joined Loch Associates as an Administrative Assistant in 2017 and after several promotions, has been working as a Paralegal with Loch Law since 2020 . Ellie works on a wide range of employment and commercial law matters. She was Highly Commended at the National Paralegal Awards in the Best Newcomer Category.
Ellie has the following qualification: Diploma in Paralegal Studies from the National Paralegal College.

Sue Ranson
HR Consultant
Sue joined Loch HR in 2020 having previously working in HR roles across various industries. Sue uses her HR expertise to guide clients through their day to day HR challenges and works with them to ensure they have the right policies and processes in place for their business. Sue is also CIPD qualified.

Helen Budd
Associate HR Consultant
Helen Budd has over 25 years’ experience working in HR across the hospitality, catering, and medical industries.
Her extensive knowledge collaborating with businesses has enabled her to assist with organisational changes as well as managing complex employee issues on behalf of clients.
She has specialist knowledge of organisational change, project management, employee relations and resourcing.

Tracy Jones
First Aid for Mental Health Instructor
As a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor, Tracy is passionate about educating others on the impact of mental ill health in the workplace and how to support colleagues who are struggling. This has always been important but has become a very real concern exacerbated by the Covid pandemic and highlighted the need to focus on mental health.
Tracy has over 25 years’ experience working in HR and facilitating training across the hospitality, retail, and manufacturing industries.
Tracy brings a balanced, practical approach to everyday people challenges and has a wide experience of HR related issues. Additionally, she is an experienced facilitator, designing and delivering training to management teams in all areas of leadership.

John Scott
Mediator
John uses his many years’ experience as an HR practitioner to resolve disputes at employee, shareholder and boardroom levels, having first-hand experience of the complexities of managing large international teams. An empathetic and imaginative communicator, he quickly engenders trust and facilitates difficult discussions from a position of calm authority. He has successfully dealt with many difficult people and organisational issues across the globe, often at time of rapid political, economic, or business change.

Janice Hennessy
Counsellor
Janice Hennessy is one of our Counsellors who provides counselling services to employers. She has worked with many organisations over the past 25 years in the private, public and charitable sectors. As well as being CIPD qualified she is a qualified teacher, counsellor and coach. She supports individuals to work through their development issues and help them to look holistically at solutions that are tailor made for the individual by the individual.

Seonaid Macdonald
Performance and Career Coach
Seonaid’s broad business experience enables her to confidently support and challenge
her clients, providing insight which enables their personal development and a commitment
to action. Her approach is results driven, grounded in practical action, identifying
and enabling the core strengths of the individuals and teams she works with.
Seonaid is unique as a coach in that she can prove a return on your Investment through
her state of the art coaching platform and methodology which has been given Exemplar
status from the National Scale Up Institute.
Seonaid is an accredited member of the British Association for Coaching, is certified in
OPP MBTI 1&2 coaching, New Level Curve Practitioner, Prophet Insight Psychometrics,
Framework 4 Action High performance Team coach, NLP Practitioner.

Jacqui Green
Associate Coach
Jacqui Green is an Associate Coach working with Loch Associates Group and our clients. An experienced coach and mentor, Jacqui focusses on the delivery on personal development and champions the idea that everyone should have access to coaching and mentoring throughout their careers, rather than just more senior members of staff and executive teams.

Jen Rolfe
HR Manager
Jen is part of our internal HR team. After gaining a Degree in Law, Jen joined the Graduate program at Hewitt Associates (now Aon Consulting) where she then completed a MSc in HR Consulting and she’s also CIPD qualified. Her HR experience is extensive having worked with clients across a breadth of areas including reward, engagement, performance management, HR policies and processes and employee relations.

Chief Officer of Morale
Ellie is Pam’s Spanish Water Dog. Working as Chief Officer of Morale, she can often be found lounging around the office!

Sam Holder
Head of HR
Sam joined Loch HR after working in various HR roles for over 20 years. She uses her experience as an in-house Senior HR Business Partner and as an HR Consultant and supporting organisations across a range of industries to help our clients with all their HR needs. Sam manages our team of HR Consultants and uses her HR expertise to support clients through the complete people management life cycle, including recruitment, restructures, and employment relations. Â She is CIPD qualified.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys watching her kids play football, going to watch Brighton & Hove Albion and catching up with friends whilst walking her dog.

Jag Taak
Trainee Paralegal
Jag joined Loch Associates Group initially as an administrative assistant and he is now a Trainee Paralegal with Loch Law. Jag works with the team at Loch Law, helping our clients with any employment or business law issues or help they require.
Outside of work, Jag enjoys going to the gym, boxing and cooking and has recently completed his Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award

Jackie Lee
Business Services Support Manager
Jackie oversees all of the support work, as well as helping to manage our business operations. Jackie has worked for law firms in the past and is an experienced PA.
When she’s not working, Jackie enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Phil Luff
Senior Associate Solicitor
Phil is an experienced employment solicitor advising employers and employees across the whole range of employment law issues clients encounter. Phil has assisted clients on their contracts, handbooks and settlement agreements as well as Tribunal claims. He also regularly advises on TUPE, post termination restrictions and disciplinary and grievance issues too.
Phil qualified in 2010 from the College of Law and he holds the following qualifications: LPC, GDL, BA Hons Music Industry Management, First Class.

Ashley Scriven
Partner and Solicitor AdvocateÂ
Ashley is an experienced Solicitor Advocate with us who regularly advises clients across a wide range of employment and business law issues. Ashley qualified in 2008 as a Civil Litigator and has extensive experience in employment disputes. Ashley has represented clients in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court, having obtained Higher Rights of Audience in 2019. She is also involved in day to day business, helping our clients to find the best solutions to their employment and HR issues.
Ashley has the following qualifications; BSc degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London and a Graduate Diploma Law and Legal Practitioners Course at Guildford College of Law.

Vanessa Horton
Executive Assistant
Vanessa is our MD’s Executive Assistant. She grew up in the South-West of France and has been in the UK for over 20 years now. On both sides of the Channel she has worked as a PA/EA at Board level in large and small companies and in various sectors including international events, technology, executive search and publishing.
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys reading books and learning Japanese.

Lucy Brittin
Office Assistant
Lucy is our office assistant, working with our support team to deliver a great service to our clients and ensure the smooth day to day running in the office.
Outside of work, Lucy is studying an English Literature degree and is a performer, being part of AM Drama Society in Hildenborough

Kate Edom
HR Consultant
Kate Edom is an HR Consultant with Loch HR and she has over 25 years of HR experience. Kate has particular experience in restructuring and business re-organisation programmes, as well as assisting clients with colleague engagement, performance management, pay and rewards.
Kate is qualified as an FCIPD Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Katie Woolford
HR Advisor
Katie joined Loch HR as an HR Advisor after working in an HR team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector and then in an HR consultancy. She works alongside our HR Consultants to providing support and advice to our clients on the full people life cycle.
As well as having a First Class Degree in Management Sciences from Loughborough University, Katie also has the Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management, CIPD.

Amy White
Head of Training and Wellbeing
Amy is an employment law solicitor and experienced trainer who heads up the Training and Wellbeing Division of Loch Associates Group.
Amy uses her experience, expertise and passion for people management to present regularly on topics including employee wellbeing and mental health, managing menopause in the workplace and changes in employment law and HR best practice. She also shares her experience and knowledge by writing articles and is often asked to comment in the media, featuring on television too.

Emily Perry
Coach
Emily is an experienced business owner as well as being a trained emotional and performance coach. Emily’s background is in HR, however she has also been a business owner for the last decade. It was through this experience of working with hundreds of small business owners that Emily recognised there was a huge link between an individual’s ability to manage and process their emotions and the overall performance of their business. Emily’s coaching focuses on understanding the emotional blocks that may be holding someone back or causing stress and overwhelm. Working 1:1 she then uses a range of tools and techniques to support and guide through those challenges to achieve a positive outcome.

Joanne Sowerby-Pegg
Group People and Operations Manager
Jo Sowerby-Pegg has worked in global HR roles for 25 years before returning to the UK as Head of HR in a recruitment business. She has a wealth of HR and Project Management experience from a varied range of sectors including finance, pharmaceutical, legal and not for profit.
Jo spends her free time with her family and enjoys going to the theatre, dining out, reading, travelling, walking, and doing crosswords.

Abi Morrison
HR Consultant
Abi joined Loch HR as an HR Consultant in 2023 having worked for 16 years in various HR roles across two different industries. Abi has a degree in Psychology and Business Studies and is CIPD qualified.
Outside of work Abi has two young children and is trained as a travel agent too.

Support Assistant
Judy is part of support team and like her colleagues, she aims to deliver a great service to our clients and to help with the smooth running of the day to day operations of the business.
Outside of work, Judy spends her free time attending dance lessons, horse riding and cooking with her family.
