Mental Health Incident Reporting

We recognise that evaluating the impact of the investment you make in mental health is critical but can be difficult to do. It can be tricky to develop reporting mechanisms for reporting on conversations that are held under the assumption of confidentiality, which in turn makes it hard to know whether your support services are being used. With this in mind, we have developed a Mental Health Incident Reporting system to handle the data collection and analysis for you. We can provide your trained Mental Health First Aiders with a simple form to anonymously document each instance of support provided to a colleague. Once returned to us, we will confidentially store these reports for you, and provide you with a monthly report.

Benefits of our reporting service:

Our reporting service means you have an independent third party collecting and monitoring data that otherwise you may not be able to collect. This will give you a unique insight into the mental wellbeing of your workforce, allowing you to spot trends and patterns and develop tailored wellbeing solutions to support your staff.

Our reporting service will mean you will be able to understand the impact your investment in mental health has had on your staff, allowing you to report to senior management, stakeholders and shareholders.

Testimonials

When I saw Bruce last year I was in a very bad place mentally. For me personally, he came into my life at the right time and if it wasn’t for him I really don’t know if I would be here today. He listened to me and made other people listen and changes were made for the better which helped me, as it improved my life for me. I am in a much better place now and happier in my work and it’s all thanks to Bruce.

First Aid Feedback

I am highly appreciative of the advice and work I received from Joe Milner and the team at Loch Associates Group.

Joe assisted me with drafting complex supplier contracts and templates for my business and I cannot praise him enough. The work was thorough and Joe’s attention to detail showed he had taken time to really understand what was needed, suggesting ways to adapt them as necessary for our business.

All communications, including from the support team were clear and timely. It was interesting to hear they offer a retainer service, which means Joe can effectively work as the Company’s in-house counsel too, which is a useful service for a business of our size.

Thank you again!
