Solicitor Joe Milner Promoted to Director at Loch Law

17 October 2022

Loch Law, the specialist business and employment law firm and part of the Loch Associates Group, has announced the promotion of Solicitor Advocate, Joe Milner to Director. Joe will play a pivotal role in Loch Law, which operates in Kent, Sussex and London, driving forward the development of its corporate, commercial, litigation and employment law services. He will also be helping to advance  the Group’s wellbeing, HR and mediation offerings. Joe’s promotion comes at a time of fast growth for the Loch Associates Group, with an expanding team and service areas.

Joe first joined the Group in 2013 as an administration apprentice, working across all areas of the business. Quickly appreciating the collaborative and supportive working environment at Loch Associates Group, Joe was clear that he wanted to progress his career in law with Managing Director Pam Loch and the team. Joe went on to study law at Canterbury Christ Church University, graduating first in his year group.  He was subsequently called as a Barrister in 2014 and then became a Solicitor Advocate with Loch Law.

“I’m delighted to be appointed as a director of Loch Law and to now be working in partnership with Pam who has played such an important and supportive role in my career and success” says Joe. “I am also excited to have the opportunity to be a key player in the continuing expansion and success of the Group, ensuring our clients continue to receive the same excellent, timely and cost-effective services from our team. I am also looking forward to working with our team members, to develop their career paths with the Group in the same way I benefitted all those years ago.”

“Joe has shown admirable dedication, shares our ethos and values and is a credit to our team. We are thrilled to be promoting him to Director,” says Pam Loch, Managing Director of Loch Associates Group. “His commitment to our clients, attention to his personal development and mentoring our staff is exactly what we strive for at Loch Associates Group.”
