The Loch Associates Group is a growing and successful team who are planning to grow within the South East and we are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join us on our journey.

Increasingly our clients want us to do their commercial work and represent them in disputes in the civil courts and so we are looking for someone to drive growth within this part of the business.
We are looking for a strong team player who is happy working in an extremely collaborative environment with the HR Consultants from our sister company Loch HR, the medical professionals who form part of Loch Training & Wellbeing and our Support team who all work together to deliver the best service possible to our clients. You will be based in either Kent, Sussex or London with the ability to travel to one of our offices but with the flexibility to also work remotely.
You will be an experienced Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. We need someone who can manage their own caseload, as well as providing supervision to junior members of the team. You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workload without supervision. We are looking for someone who is keen to help grow our business so you will thrive on identifying potential new clients or development opportunities in your local area and nurturing existing relationships.
