You will have the support of a small team initially, and as you identify business needs, you will have the opportunity and backing from the Board to build and shape your own team.
As a forward-thinking leader, you will also oversee the efficient operations of our various offices. This includes providing ongoing facilities support, managing IT infrastructure, and nurturing relationships with outsourced IT providers, insurance partners, and benefits brokers.
