Our client base is mainly employers, but we also act for senior individuals. We are an award winning client focussed business, always aiming to be creative in the advice we offer our clients to help find solutions to the issues they encounter. Increasingly our clients want us to do their commercial work and represent them in disputes in the civil courts.
We are looking for a strong team player who is happy working in an extremely collaborative environment with the HR Consultants from our sister company Loch HR, the medical professionals who form part of Loch Training & Wellbeing and our Support team who all work together to deliver the best service possible to our clients. You will be based in either Kent, Sussex or London with the ability to travel to one of our offices but with the flexibility to also work remotely.
You will be an experienced employment lawyer, able to manage you own caseload, ideally with civil court experience too. We are looking for someone with a solid background in contentious work, with around 5 years PQE and who is able to provide supervision to junior members of the team. You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workload without supervision. We are looking for someone who is keen to help grow our business so you will thrive on identifying potential new clients or development opportunities within your local area and nurturing existing relationships.
